- USB dongle’s driver is not installed properly. Windows 10/11 has “Core isolation” protection and it should be turned off before driver installation. Here is link to USB dongle driver: http://zond-geo.com/zfiles/sensedriver_w10_11.zip In device manager it should appear as “Senselock Elite”
- You free update period has expired. In this case you should use latest version of software which worked properly or pay for next 2.5 years of updates. Use “license info” option in software to check it out.
